Today I got some help to take a few new photos of Mira (SEVCH RLDN RLDF Kadamo Bringin' It Back) with her Best of Breed and CAC ribbons that she won this past weekend. Thank you Johanna!
Mira's own page has been updated aswell.

Today it was time for us to hit the ring again for the National Dogshow in Västerås. There had been a change of judge so the breed was today judged by Bo Skalin, Sweden. Breed entry was around 30.
I started off showing BISS-13 Kadamo Johnny Walker "Loke" in openclass were he recieved Excellent and placed 2nd in the class, unfortunately without CQ for all in the class today. (Only 3 males recieved CQ today!)
After that I showed mt own girl SEVCH RLDN RLDF Kadamo Bringin' It Back "Mira" in workingclass, which she won with Excellent and CQ.
We stepped into Best bitch class with high hopes but no expectations, and when the judge started to move dogs around and we were all of a sudden placed first I was starting to get truly nervous! And that is how he placed us! Mira Best Bitch with her second CAC! (Finally that instead of those R-CAC!)
We got to compete against todays Best Male and Mira won! So happy with my young girl who behaved so well today!
A huge thank you to Pernilla, Tomas, Jonny and Amanda who cheered for us in the groupfinals, unfortunately no placement there today. But I am still happy!
Thank you also for taking pictures for me Ewa, Amanda and Jonny!

I think my pack has adjusted well to our new member Koya. When she is behaving she is more than welcome to play with the adult dogs, sleep next to them and be a part of everything they do. But when she is not behaving like they want her too the will let her know!
She is a sweet girl and has found her place in our pack. She has good relationships to each of the other dogs.
Below are some mixed photos from our normal days, walking, playing and sleeping!

Yesterday it was time to show off at the international show in Kista, first show of the year for most of my dogs.
I started off showing Kadamo Devil in Disguise "Isidor" in workingclass where he ended up VG-2. He got a very nice critique but because off his large size only a VG today.
After him it was time for Kadamo Fire it Up "Arrax" for the first time in openclass (he is only 20 months old) where he had company by me and SEJW-12 Kadamo Rob Roy "Dexter". Arrax behaved well but also recieved VG, he is also a big boy that still needs time to develop.
Dexter did very well today recieving EXC and was placed for in the class with CQ.
He didn't get placed in Best Male but still happy with the result and his nice critique.
Time for the girls. Today halfsister SEVCH RLDN RLDF Kadamo Bringin' It Back "Mira" and SEVCH Kadamo Heart Stopper "Souki" was shown in Workingclass. Neither of the girls were this judge cup of tea so they both recieved VG and finished 4th and 5th in the class.
Last out was the mother or grandmother to above mentioned dogs, CIB NORDUCH EECH SEVCH NVCH RLDN RLDF SEVV-14 Hamnuddens Fischer "Moa" in veteranclass. She behaved well and got Excellent and finished 3rd in the class.
Not the best results for us today, but oh well! I still had a nice day with lovely company around the ring. I was happy to help out my friend Marit from Kennel Kangelani (breeder of my F-litters sire aswell as my G-litters grandmother) and show a couple of her young boys in juniorclass aswell as in her Breedersgroup, who won with HP.
Congratualtions to all your wonderful results Marit!

A huge thank you to Jonny for all the great photos of my breedings today! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Finally, after several weeks I have decided what to call the latest member of our pack, her name is "Koya"
Koya is from my latest litter, the GOLD-litter born in January this year. Her grandmother is my very own lady "Moa" (CIB NORDUCH EECH SEVCH NVCH RLDN RLDF SEVW-14 Hamnuddens Fischer) and her mother is "Kayla" (SEVCH Kadamo Fire in the Sky) from Moa's second litter, my DRINKS-litter.  I am very happy to keep a puppy from my second generation of breeding, and I hope she will make her grandmother Moa (and me) very proud!
I did not plan to keep this girl at home from the start. My plan was to keep a puppy from Moa's daughter who lives with us, "Mira" (SEVCH RLDN RLDF Kadamo Bringin' it Back) at home in the future. But after loosing my great love "Dando" (SEVCH RLDN RLDF LP1 Hamnuddens Dando af Argos) in november last year, I knew I wanted a fourth dog again, I just didn't know it would be this girl!
But then here they were, 8 little perfect wonders, all correct but one who had too much white on one paw. Other than that a correct litter, and as they grew some of the puppies really stood out and at least in my eyes looked very promising, and Koya, former Ms Red was one of them and my pick of the litter.
Long before I had decided to keep her she and my very young daughter Ellen had already made up a plan. When they puppies were not even 2 weeks old Ms Red already looked out Ellen and was the one puppy who always checked her out and wanted to be close to her. I remember that I sat in the puppybox with Ellen in my lap and Koya very tiny but very determined crawled up into Ellens lap and fell asleep.
This continued and they still have a special bond. Koya is rarely rough around Ellen and has so far never bitten or chewed on her, Ellens toys on the other hand... ;-)
Where Ellen is Koya wants to sleep. Everyday Koya comes up to sleep next to Ellen on our couch. She is fine with Ellen checking out her ears, claws, tail and everything. I hope she will continue to have this patience with her as they both grow bigger!
After seeing how these to young girls made a special bond and for me, the critical person, seeing how nice Koya was starting to look in body, how curious and brave she was, well, then I couldn't resist her either.
I think I at first wanted a dog like Dando... who I had lost. But I know I will never get a dog like him, and he is not coming back. So I am trying to see it in a new way. His memory will always live on. Without him I wouldn't have bought Moa, and without her I wouldn't have Mira or Koya. So he is the reason for all of my dogs, and all of my litters.
I hope all my girls will make him proud!
