2025
I am very excited to presentto you the litter plans for winter/spring 2026. I will take a final litter from my girl Tiya and I have gotten the honour to use the beautiful male Erebos. I have had my eyes in him for several years and was convinced when I saw him live in 2023 that I wanted to use him in my breeding.
So thank to his owner Karin Ohrablova for saying yes.
You can read about the parents, about the combination, pedigree and see lots of photos of them under Planned Scorpions-litter.
If you are interested in a puppy from this litter please send me an email and tell me who you ae and what you have to offer.
Today I drove to Knivsta to let Cooper and Maggie start the aptitudetest in bloodtracking. They both did very well. Maggie was first out and I have been working on getting her to pick up some speed, she has been very very slow when tracking this summer. So for her to take off like she did today very focused on her job was great to see. I even had to hold her back! She did her track in 16 minutes.
After her it was Coopers turn. He started out calm but then when he felt more secure he took off so I walked the whole track trying to keep him walking and not trotting. When he is on the right track he wants to run! He finished his track in just under 9 minutes ;)
Proud of my youngsters finally getting to do this and show what they can do. Now we look forward to try openclass!
Our super nosework stars Malin and NW1 Kadamo Get The Party Started "Thor" from the Pink-litter (Tiya x Ari) has done it again. They competed in TEM fordon and got 100 points and their first Diploma. He placed 3rd in the first search and 6th out of 25 in the total.
After the competition they also got approved to compete in the scent "lagerblad".
My boy "Cooper" KBHV-25 KBHJV-25 Almach Eta-Leonis Evolution did his BPH test (Beteende och personlighetsbeskrivning) last weekend. He showed a lot of his lovely and easy going personality. I thought he would play more since he loves his toys, but he rather play with someone than alone.
He did not get very scared by anything. He is curious and handles all the obsticles calmly and interested. He does not get angry, he could not be bothered by the gunshots and he was just happy to spend time with some new strangers!
Maggie and her siblings from the Queen-litter turned 1 year old this Monday. I can't believe that they are growing up already. Well they are not really grown ups yet. Maggie is still just a happy crazy puppy in her behaviour. All fun and play and lots of love and cuddles.
Look forward to see her siblings in a few weeks!
This years Kadamo Mästerskapen was delayed and we ended up having it in the end of October. Not as many dogs attending as we hoped but the dogs there did their best in the difficult tracks that they got.

Last week I went on a little dogshow adventure with my partner in crime Malin. We took the ferry with her caravan to Åbo in Finland and drove to Helsinki.
First of all we met up with Colins finish son Akimba and his "little brother" Kadamo I Want to Break Free "Bengo". I haven't seen Bengo since he moved from Sweden at Christmas time to is was good to see how beautiful he has become.
After that visit we found a parkingspot near the showarena where we spend the evening and night.
On Thursday it was time for the Circuit show (speciality show) with 85 ridgeback being judged by Patrik Cederlöf, Sweden.
I had my babygirl Kadamo A Kind of Magic "Maggie" from the Queen-litter (Nada x Soro) with me. She turned 9 months only just over a week before the show so I did not have big expectations.
But oh did she do well! She was a bit unsure in the ring especially moving with other handlers running close behind us, but stood like a statue and did not flinch during the judge handling of her. She won the class giving her the title HeCJW-25 and her first finnish JCAC and JCACIB!
She got to compete with the big and beautiful girls for Best Bitch where she made it to 3rd Best Bitch with RCAC!
Amazing debute for this young beauty! She got to compete against the Best Junior male and was rewarded Best Opposite Sex.
Her critique translated to Swedish:
Excellent type. Feminine wellshaped head that could have more lower jaw. Well-shaped eyes. Well-placed ears. Good croup. Correct ridge. Typical front & rear angulation. Nice strong paws. Moves well.
Malin had "only" SEJW-22 SEW-22 EUJW-23 NORDJW-23 NORDW-23 SEW-23 JCIB SEVCH RLDN RLDF SEUCH FIUCH NUCH DKUCH Kadamo Can Y’ See It Now “Leo” entered to the circuit show. He was placed 3rd in Championclass but no placement in best male.
After the show we headed out of town to find a place to park for the night. We ended up in forest near a lake so nice area to walk the dogs. We stayed there until the afternoon the next day before heading back towards the showground and the World Winner Show on Saturday.
This time the breed entry was 127 and divided to two judges. Males was judged by Ilaria Biondi De Ciabatti (Peru) and bitches and Best of Breed by Justine Blyth (AUS).
First out was our juniorgirls Atria Eta Leonis Evolution "Chloe" and HeCJW-25 Kadamo A Kind of Magic "Maggie".
They both did really well in the large class gaining Excellent.
Chloes critique:
Strongly made but elegant. Pleasing head of correct proportions. Skull flat. Correct wedge shaped muzzle. Clean neck. Good forechest. Front straight. Would like a little more length of forearm as she moves a little higher in hindquarters. Well ribbed back. Good hindquarters. Moved okay. Good ridge.
Maggies critique:
Elegant, athletic bitch of lovely type. Good length of head. Skull flat, not too broad. Correct ears, used to her advantage. Clean neck into well laid shoulders. Good forechest. Straight fronts down to good feet. Good oval rib and well ribbed back to strong, well angulated hindquarters. Topline level. Tail carriage correct. Effortless true movement, true coming and going. Good ridge.
This lovely critique got Maggie picked for top 4 and my little baby girl finished 2nd Best Junior! That meant just one dog away from the Junior World Winner title, but to be viceJWW-25 is good too. I am so very proud of my girl!
Leo was shown in a large championclass with Excellent but was unfortunately not picked for placement this time. Still we had a good time in the ring together.
The boy I was also cheering for was Maggies father SKCH ROCH HUCH CIB Socrates Lakota Löwenschwanz "Soro".
And wow did he do well! He won the championclass, won Best of Breed and is the new WORLD WINNER 2025! Wow wow wow! What an amazing dad we have to our Queen-litter!

This whole weekend was a great experience and the biggest show I have ever been to. I want to say a BG THANK YOU to Valeriia Iurtaeva and Kati Ketonen for the nice photos from the show. The photos of more poor quality was taken by Malin or Nadine Skytthammar with my camera.
Our Red-litter is now 13 weeks old and they have since a few weeks been with their new families. We have also had the chance to see eachother again for a puppymeeting and in a few weeks our puppyclass will begin.
All the puppies are doing well so far having a wonderful summer with new experiences together with their owners.
Looking forward now to get our puppyclass started!
At the last weekend of July we went to the international dogshow in Ransäter, judge Karl-Erik Johansson.
I started off by showing Maggie for the last time in puppyclass, turning 9 months the day after the show. We had a bad situation before going into the ring, when a big sankt bernard tried to attack her and the owner almos dropped the dog. I managed to get inbetween and get Maggie away but she got really scared. So after that she was really bothered by the invironment and of other dogs so it was not until the show had ended that she was back to being more relaxed again.
Either way she behaved in the ring but was carrying herself with ears back and tail low so did not get great movement from her.
She was rewarded Best Bitch puppy with HP and Best Opposite Sex.
After her I showed Cooper in juniorclass and he won it winning his second J-CACIB! He got to compete in Best Male against the big boys where he finished 4th best male with R-CAC.
I showed Leo in the Championclass where he placed 2nd and later on he was 3rd Best Male with his owner Malin.
Chloe was shown by Malin and they won the juniorclass with one more J-CACIB and was placed Best Opposite Sex in juniorfinals against brother Cooper who was Best of Breed Junior.
Overall a good day with good results for our lovely dogs!

Kadamo Get the Party Started "Thor" from the Pink-litter (Tiya x Ari) competed in nose work last weekend and did amazing. One of the searches they won with a time of 1,47 seconds!
They got 100 points and 1 SSE. This gave them the 1st place in the total!

Day 1 Leo was not placed in Best Male, but "sister" Chloe did better. She won the juniorclass with CACIB-J and finished 3rd Best Bitch.

Today on day 60 Penny gave birth to 12 beautiful puppies, 7 girls and 5 boys. Penny did an amazin job delivering them all in less than 8,5 hours. I was happy to have both Pennys owner Malin and my sister Johanna (owner of Wilson) here for parts of the delivery.
Tomorrow I will write a proper update with more information!
Penny is on day 53 of her pregnancy so today I took her to the vetclinic for an X-ray. We were able to see 12 puppies in there. It is always hard to say absolutely sure but we think that is the number. So now 10 days left before she has gone full time.
Penny is still feeling well, takes off on a few runs every day with the other dogs while we go for walks. Eating four to five times a day and resting a lot.
Today it was time for Kadamo A Kind of Magic "Maggie" second show ever. We had the company of her sister Kadamo Made in Heaven "Athena" aswell. Both girls behaved very well and got 1st and 2nd place both with Honours prize. They both got very nice critique from the judge too.
