On Sunday it was time to bring Yaya back into the showring for the first time this year. She will not be shown very much, especially not in Sweden but since she enjoys it I thought it would be fun to show her at the Speciality Shows.
And oh what fun it was! We started in Championclass were she won over the other nice looking girls. Then we continued into Best Bitch were she also won! So happy!
It was rainy and muddy and I was running in heavy clothes and rubberboots and when it was time for Best of Breed I was exhausted! But that didn't stop Yaya! She did her thing and the judge loved her! So she won Best of Breed/Best in Speciality Show!
Today in Juniorclass Yaya's daughter Tilly was rewarded Excellent but no placement. In Intermediateclass sister Indra was rewared Very Good (because of a little bloodabscess on her tail).
In workingclass I showed Enya who was way to big for this judge taste, still recieving Very Good but no placement. In this class also Chanel made her comeback into the ring also recieving Very Good and placing as 4th Best in the class. Good job everyone!
Yaya's wonderful critique from today and judge Agnes Kertes Ganami, ISRAEL:
"An excellent representative of the breed. Optimal size. Combines power and elegance. Correctly built head and body. Balanced good angulations, correct ridge, good wheaten coat. Moves with long stride, good reach and push."
