LAST INDIVIDUAL PICTURES OF THE PUPPIES!

Gorgeous Ms Orange almost 8 weeks old

Yesterday the puppies and I went to the vets for their first vaccination, ID-chips and healthchecks. And everything went so well! No faults we didn't already know of and no DS.
In the evening Johanna came by to help me take the last stacks of the puppies before they tomorrow starts to go to their new homes. Thank you Johanna for you help!

I am so proud of this litter and they have turned out just as I had hoped for when I started planning this litter a long time ago. I can't wait to follow these beauties in the future and see how they will grow!
I wish you all the very best in your new families! And I know I will be seeing most of oyu again very soon!

I also want to send the BIGGEST thank you to Lotta at Kennel Zaxxon for all the assistance you have been giving me troughout this whole experience! That has meant so much to me and you are a true sweetheart!
Your number will always be on my speeddial! ;o)
Thank you for letting me use handsome Bosco to sire my first litter. I know they will all make Daddy proud!

Also a BIG thank you to Carina and Micke for going trough this whole experience with me. Fendi has been such a great mum and she was without a doubt made for this!

On Friday we had a lovely day at my parents garden again enjoying the lovely weather. My lovely mother helped and babysat the puppies while I went tracking with Yaya. Thank you!!!
On Saturday Lotta and Johan and their son Maximus from kennel Zaxxon came to visit the puppies. Lotta also performed a "puppytest" which showed that the puppies are all quite independent, not afraid on noises, curious and playful. Thank you for coming and doing this Lotta!

YAYA AND WILSON BOTH RECIEVED 1st PRIZE ON THEIR SECOND FIELDTRACK!

Johanna and Wilson and Me and Yaya with judge Ingvar Jansson.
Both dogs were more interested in the hoofs Ingvar was holding than looking into the camera...
;o)

Tonight we drove to Knivsta for Yaya and Wilson's second openclass fieldtrack. This time we met with judge Ingvar Jansson. It has been a very warm day and it was very dry in the tracks but despite this both dogs did a good job and they each recieved a first prize. This means their second 1st prize in a row and they are both gunshot proof. So only one more to go for the Swedish Fieldtracking Champion title!

NEW STACKS OF THE PUPPIES 7 WEEKS OLD AND MORE MIXED PICTURES!

My girls that are staying on breeding terms, Ms Orange and Ms Brown

Today I packed all the puppies into my car and drove the 5 minute drive to my parents house. There my dad has prepared a playpen for the puppies in their garden. There they get to hear the sounds from cars, mopeds, bikes and more so they will hopefully be more used to this when they move.
The puppies loved their pen and we had a lovely long day there. Johanna came and helped me to take the stacked pictures and my Dad helped me drive the big dogs there. Thank you both!
The puppies also got to taste their first roedeer hoof and they loved it! So I can see small little fieldtracking stars in all of them!

Carina and Fendi has now moved back to their home so I am enjoying my last week of quality time with the puppies trying to make sure that they will have gotten the best possible start with socialisation and environment training before they move to their new homes next week.

- New stacks and headshots of the puppies taken today, 7 weeks old HERE.
- More pictures added to the 7th week mixed gallery HERE.
- Pictures from the puppies first day in the garden HERE.

PUPPYPICTURES IN PLENTY!

Mr Lightblue having a bite off Ms Browns ear

The puppies had a lot of visitors on Sunday. First out was our german friend Norbert, then came Sandra and Jocke with the puppies dad Bosco and Enzo. Later that day my sister Emma, her husband Martin and their daughter Clara came by. After that three of my workcollegues came, two of them having their dogs with them. So the puppies got to meet Fröja and English stafforshire bullterrier and also Tindra a miniature bullterrier. They are both breeds that does look "weird" in the eyes of a ridgeback so I thought it would be a great opportunity to socialize the puppies.
Poor Fröja and Tindra was followed wherever they went! Later the same evening my parents stopped by and also my old veterinarian Marianne came to visit the puppies together with her sambo Bengt, his son and his sons friend.
So the puppies had a day of speaking English (very educated puppies), socialising with kids of different ages and socializing with other dogs.
Did I mention I got to sleep until 8.30 the day after! ;o) And then woken up by Yaya!

Yesterdaywe had a quite day with no visitors and the only "fun" thing they got to do was run around in my hallway and kitchen. And that they did! They were racing trough the rooms like crazy dogs and I had the biggest laugh I have had around these puppies!

Tomorrow they turn 7 weeks old! I can't believe that I only have one more week together with these precious babies! We will of course take new stacks of them and I will try to update my page again with plenty of new pictures!

Until then enjoy the latest pictures from the past two days HERE.

OUR "BABYGIRL" YAYA TURNS 1 YEAR OLD ON SATURDAY!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!

Yaya 6 weeks old
Tomorrow the baby in the family, Yaya turns 1 year old! This past year has been so eventful and our precious girl has really made a big difference in our family! She is the most crazy ridgeback that walks on this planet (did I say walk? I mean jump and play around, not much normal steps coming from this girl!)
But she is so loving and you can't help to love her back! Not only has this crazy girl impressed me with her personality she has also accieved some great results already at this young age. As puppy she has several Best of Breed, Best in Group and Best in Show placements. At her official showdebut she took the Best of Breed and gained her first CAC!
She has also an approved aptitudetest in fieldtracking and revieved a 1st prize with honours prize on her first openclass track! That's what I call a star!
So again, I want to send the biggest THANK you to Yaya's dear breeder Anne at kennel Tarujen for trusting me with this lovely little princess! She is all I could ask for and more!

PUPPIES IN NEW ENVIRONMENTS!

Mr Blue loving his time out in the grass
I apologize that there hasn't been any new pictures of the puppies for a few days... shame on me... But I hope this can make it up to you!
Yesterday the puppies got to go out on the grass for a short while two and two. And they enjoyed it! Some of them getting wilder than others having a blast running around.
In the evening the puppies got to leave their puppypen and keep me company in the kitchen while I was preparing dinner for me and my sister. They enjoyed that to and we had time to play with some things that makes a lot of noice. For example I made noice with my baking tins/plates and they got to play with a big saucepan. No one was afraid just curious to find out what made the noice! Good puppies!
See all the new pictures HERE.

On Saturday we had Anna from Kennel Hamnudden here again for a visit. She checked all puppies again for DS and nothing was found! That's a relief!
This time she had her little son Alfred with her and he had a good time petting the puppies. But I think he enjoyed the "other pup" Cewin (my guineapig) the most! ;o) Pictures of Alfred and the puppies can be found HERE.
There you can also find some new pictures of the puppies from today trying out their new toy the tunnel.

MIXED PICTURES OF THE PUPPIES!

Darling Ms Red
Some new pictures of the puppies in the mixed photoalbum HERE. The puppies has developed a lot the last few days and play a lot more than before. The males has started to get their testicles down already.
They are now being fed three times a day and all growing steadingly. Fendi is doing a great job even though I can imagine it hurts more to feed them now since they have all gotten their first teeth...
Fendi has also gotten to come along with us to the woods a couple of times which she has enjoyed. She has lost a lot of weight and muscles during this so we hope she will get back in shape soon.

Johanna and Wilson started an obedienceclass this week and the first time went really well. Next week I start my training to become a instructor in Peopletracking. So check back for classes in peopletracking this summer!

THE PUPPIES HAS STARTED TO OPEN THEIR EYES!

The puppies are today 10 days old and a couple of days ago they all started to open their eyes. Today I have seen a big change in the way they move around in the puppybox. Instead of dragging themselves they are now walking. Not nearly steady but still walking! They are also sort of sitting up sometimes so I think our little kids will start to get wilder soon!
New pictures of the puppys from day 9 and 10 HERE.
