NEWS ABOUT THE D-LITTER: 2012-02-26 The puppies are here! Read about the delivery of our 11 miracles HERE. 2012-02-16 Moa is X-rayed on day 52 and it shows at least 10 puppies or more in there! Only a little bit more than one week left! 2012-01-23 Moa is confirmed in whelp by ultrasound on day 28 of her pregnancy, at least 5+ puppies! Follow her pregnancy diary HERE. 2011-12-28 Moa is on day 19 and the second AI is succesfully done at 8.20 am. We go back home to Sweden. 2011-12-27 Moa is on day 18 and her progesterone is 55,3 nmol/L (17,4 ng/ml) at 11 am. First AI is successfully done at 15.30 pm. 2011-12-26 We arrived in Finland. Moa is on day 17 and her progesterone is 37,2 nmol/L (11,7 ng/ml) at 16 pm. 2011-12-22 Moa is on day 13 and the second progesteronetest shows a level of 5,4 nmol/L at 13 pm. We will leave for Finland on the 25th. 2011-12-19 Moa is on day 10 and the first progesteronetest shows a level of 1,0 nmol/L at 11 am. A second test will be taken on the 22th. 2011-12-10 Moa's heat started! |

| I am so excited
to announce my planned D-litter for spring 2012. This will be my girl Moa's
second litter, she is also the dame of my Beatles
litter that was born in 2010. Moa has been confirmed pregnant at the estimated arrival of the puppies is the last weekend in February! The puppies will the be ready to move to their new homes in the end of April. Moa is my princess all they way out in her claws! She loves attention and no one can demand a backrub like she can, and no one she meets can refuse to give her one! ;) She is a happy, friendly and very easy going girl who catches many peoples eyes because of her lovely colour. She is a darkred girl with a good exteriour. She has been shown with very nice results giving her the titles Swedish Champion (SEUCH), Norwegian Champion (NUCH), Finnish Champion (FINCH) , Nordic Champion (NORDUCH) and Estonian Champion (ESTCH). But this girl is not only pretty. She is a good working dog aswell and is a Swedish Bloodtracking Champion (SEVCH). I have also competed with her in obedience before she had her first litter and now she is competing in Rallyobedience. She also loves agility and lurecoursing, fun activities with speed! After Moa's name is the letters CV (ROM), this is an unofficial title given to dogs who has at least 5 Champion offsprings. And Moa got this already from her first litter where six out of the seven puppies has already gained their Swedish Bloodtracking Champion titles! Argos is a wonderful male that I have had my eyes on for a very very long time, even before Moa had her first litter. I am so happy to get the opportunity to use this stunning male in my breeding programme. This is his first litter in Sweden! Argos is born in California but lives in Canada and is so far the ONLY Ridgeback who has gained the title GRAND CHAMPION of both Canada and America. He has been the #1 Top Winning Ridgebackmale in Canada 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. He is according to the CKC database the most winning Ridgeback in Canadian History! But this handsome boy has more than wonderful looks. He is sweet as sugar with an outstanding temperament. This is his owners words about him; "Friendly, calm, easy-going male, who gets along with everyone and anything yet ready to protect his house and family with his magnificent presence. Argos loves to work, please, and do new things, so that is why we will soon be entering tracking, rally obedience, and agility venues. He truly is an ambassador for our wonderful breed: A Hound for All Reasons!" Here are an explanation to all the titles Argos has behind his name: ROM - Register of merit, given to dogs that have produced 5 champion offspring in Canada. JC - junior courser - 2 clean runs after the lure to test the desire to lurecourse. RN - a title for his results in Rallyobedience Noviceclass. Reg. Therapy Dog HIC - herding instinct test - the dog has to show a clear instinct to herd sheep without any training. CGN and CGC are Canine Good neighbor and Canine Good Citizen tests - they are the same, but from Canada and US. Is a sort of mentality test to see that the dog has a all around good temperament and is a requirement for a lot of other titles (like for therapy dog and for the versatility -title and for GrandCh -title in Canada). VDX - this is a versatility title given to dogs that do as many different things as possible - Argos now has enough titles to have Versatility Excellent, VDX. Are you looking for a loving familydog and perhaps have an interest in working with your dog? Then this might be the litter for you!
